I can pose people perfectly, find the most beautiful light and location, and get all my camera settings just right. I can even give prompts that encourage emotion and interaction. What I can’t do is fake authenticity, TRUE JOY, contagious love…. that stuff comes from having clients like Laura and Davin. And that’s the stuff of the most dreamy photos that make your heart melt.

Laura and Davin chose to keep their original wedding date, and to exchange vows at Davin’s family’s farm. The ceremony was so special, with Laura’s dad performing it, and their immediate families surrounding them. I cried hearing the soul-filled, faith honoring words and watching these two say I do after 9 years together!

I’ve chosen only a tiny sample of photos from this incredible day. I’m so excited that they’ve planned a bigger celebration next year, with a larger group of family and friends, right back at this spot!

2020 has been a bummer in so many ways, but one thing that I hope sticks around is the intimate wedding ceremony. It’s been a highlight for me!
